Yup, it’s another Dark Knight post.. this time with details.
So I’ve talked to a lot of people, and they all agree that a Saturday July 19th showing is “what’s up”. There had been some talk about trying to see the IMAX version of the movie, which I’m still down to do, there’s just one catch. The only IMAX theatre playing the movie is in Machester, which is about 60 miles away from Newtown. If someone (or a few people) are down to make the drive, count me in (as a passenger). Otherwise, it’s playing at AMC in Danbury all night. I can see any show after 4 PM - 4:05, 5:00, 5:50, 6:40 and so on. My vote is for the 5 or 5:50 showing, so we can try to avoid the rabid shitnecks that infest Danbury in the evening. Call or text my cell phone, or contact me on the internet via e-mail or Facebook by Saturday morning if you want to go.
I also think it would be awesome to have everyone over after the movie, but we’ll talk about that later.
